Educational Support Opportunity:

This exciting role offers the chance to develop your teaching skills and experience working with students who require tailored tutoring in Functional Skills (Maths, English, ICT) and GCSE subjects.

You will be part of a dynamic team providing SEMH support to students, working closely with parents, carers, and school staff to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about working with students with SEMH and committed to pursuing a career in teaching. You should also be empathetic, patient, and proactive with a clear passion for helping students reach their potential.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with students who require adapted teaching methods and resources, as well as build their academic skills, confidence, and emotional resilience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Support students in building their academic skills, confidence, and emotional resilience.
  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual learning styles and needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and school staff to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
