We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreign Exchange Consultant to join our team at Hays Travel. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the profitability of our foreign exchange bureau.

• Ensure the profitability of the foreign exchange bureau
• Achieve given foreign exchange targets, including set KPIs
• Convert Hays Travel customers to purchase foreign exchange
• Maximise individual and team sales of foreign exchange
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the bureau
• Increase exposure of the bureau and develop new business leads
• Use social media to promote offers, generate customer engagement, and sales leads
• Monitor local competition and manage rates and margins effectively on a daily basis
• Monitor stock levels of foreign currency and ensure that minimum quantities are maintained
• Achieve accurate cash reconciliation and banking
• Minimise risk and mitigate errors
• Play an active role in the day-to-day operation of the branch and support Travel colleagues with administrative duties
• Be responsible for the security of the bureau
• Participate in training appropriate to own development
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
