We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ingenium Search Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on multiple projects from award to final account, with a focus on mitigating financial losses.

Person Specification:
  • Self-starter with a proactive and innovative approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are looking for a candidate with at least five years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the drainage/groundworks/civils industry. You should have extensive experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, and ideally a construction online project management system. Experience in bringing in new initiatives and efficiencies to enable cost savings and increase profit margins is desirable.

Qualifications and Certificates:
  • BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Member of RICS (or seeking professional membership)
  • Strong understanding of site plans, drawings, and variances
