Senior Occupational Therapist - Technology-Enabled Care Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our visionary team in Technology-Enabled Care Services (TECS). As a champion of social care innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of social and healthcare through the integration of smart technology and personalised care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Test Pilot, providing support, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Measure project and service performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with social services, triaging referrals, and ensuring timely and appropriate interventions to meet the diverse needs of pilot cohorts.
  • Conduct comprehensive face-to-face assessments, leveraging expertise to tailor therapeutic solutions to individual needs.
  • Unlock the potential of smart technology for data analysis, applying occupational therapy skills to interpret and analyse data effectively.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by embracing travel as required to provide assessments and ensure a hands-on approach to personalised care.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) registration.
  • Experience in TECS and a passion for integrating smart technology into occupational therapy practices.
