Nail Technology Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Nail Technology Trainer to join our team at the Learning Curve Group. As a Nail Technology Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners in the nail technology sector.

About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Nail Technology and recognised teaching qualifications. You will have a strong understanding of the ILP and Education Inspection Framework standards and be able to plan and deliver training programmes that meet these requirements. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with employers and learners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Teach in a real working salon environment, providing learners with a full working salon experience while acquiring new skills
* Deliver and assess nail technology courses for apprentices, adult learners, and study programme learners
* Plan and deliver training programmes that meet ILP and Education Inspection Framework standards
* Support employers in understanding their responsibility for on and off the job training
* Generate teaching and learning resources as required or use LCG resources

Requirements:
* GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English
* Minimum Level 3 Nail Technology Qualification
* Recognised teaching and assessing qualifications or working towards these
* Industry experience in nail technology, ideally gel polish and enhancements

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
