Lead Therapeutic Antibody Projects

We are searching for a skilled Principal Scientist/Senior Principal Scientist to join our Antibody Discovery & Optimisation team in Slough, UK.

This position involves leading cross-functional projects to develop and deliver antibody-based therapeutic candidates.

About the Job

You will report to the Head of Immune-based Antibody Discovery and work closely with various departments to shape our technology strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to deliver antibody-based therapeutic candidates.
  • Develop and implement new technologies to drive innovation in our antibody platform.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to advance our platform.

Essential Qualifications:

  • PhD with several years of experience in industry or academia.
  • Excellent understanding of molecular biology and immunology.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.

Compensation Package: £100,000 - £140,000 per annum
