Project Management Assistant

Gardiner and Theobald LLP is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules and manage deadlines
  • Take minutes during project meetings and analyze statistical data
  • Provide client updates regarding project status and follow up with clients to understand their needs
  • Manage and keep up-to-date project documentation
  • Compile contract documents
  • Attend site meetings and work directly with other project managers to help implement project goals
  • Prepare performance and ranking reports and weekly progress updates
  • Assist in data collection, development, and analysis to enable proper decision making and goal setting
  • Assist in the development and implementation of action plans to enable proper time, resource, and process management
  • Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
  • Liaise with project leads and other project managers to maintain the project schedule and efficacy
  • Review project implementation and gather data on project progress
  • Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project completion

  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
