Client Success Associate

At Gartner, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. As a Client Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive value far exceeding their investment in our services.
Your key responsibilities will include building and managing relationships with senior C-level executives and junior professionals across various business functions and companies. You'll regularly meet and engage with clients to understand their business priorities and recommend programs of action that drive high value, client retention, and return on investment.
You'll also be responsible for onboarding new clients, introducing them to our purchased Gartner services and capabilities, and collaborating with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value we deliver to clients.
What You'll Need:
* 0-6 years of relevant professional and/or internship experience
* Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
* Ability to use Dutch (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) at a Business or Native level
