**Role Overview**

We are seeking an English Language Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an ESOL Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering personalized 1:1 or small group sessions to support students in achieving their language goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Deliver engaging and adaptable lessons that cater to the needs of students with diverse backgrounds and language proficiency levels.
  2. Develop and implement effective teaching techniques to ensure steady progress and success for students.
  3. Foster a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  4. Track student development and adapt teaching strategies to meet their evolving needs.

**Requirements**

  • QTS qualification and a Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience working with ESOL students, particularly those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and staff.
  • Patient and passionate approach to supporting students on their language journey.
