Job Description

As an occupational therapist with Better Rehab, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing therapy plans, and delivering interventions to clients across various settings. Your primary goal will be to promote independence, well-being, and quality of life for our clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of our team.

  • You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support to clients, their families, and carers.
  • You will participate in regular supervision, peer review, and professional development activities to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • You will contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols within the organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
  • At least 18 months of clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid full driver's license
  • Relevant employment checks
