A challenging role has become available for a highly motivated Secondary Education Support Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The successful candidate will have prior experience as an HLTA or Cover Supervisor, with a strong background in supporting students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

**Job Summary:**

This is a full-time position that may lead to a temporary-to-permanent opportunity. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher with various aspects of the daily classroom activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in teaching pre-set work to full classes, small groups, and individuals.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
  • Assisting in teaching pre-set work to full classes, small groups, and individuals
  • Conducting 1:1 and small group intervention sessions to help targeted pupils and those requiring additional support

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as an HLTA or Cover Supervisor
  • Experience working across KS3 and KS4
  • Flexibility in your approach to work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
  • Experience in supporting students with SEND or SEMH is preferable

**Estimated Salary Range:** £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
