Cleanliness and Presentation Specialist

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleanliness and Presentation Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness during lounge operating hours
  • Clear areas with minimum disruption to guests
  • Vacuum recesses in upholstered furniture, vacuum the carpets to remove all obvious soil, dirt and crumbs
  • Dust all surfaces, fittings, frames, signage and furniture below two metres
  • Dust and spot clean all skirting, dust wall surfaces
  • Wet mob and disinfect all wash areas paying attention to corners
  • Clean and polish all hard floor surfaces
  • Clean and sanitise all touch point areas, doors, taps, handles, dispensers
  • Dust ceiling air vents
  • Ensure wash areas are set up as briefed and presentation is company standard

Requirements

  • Cleaning experience
  • An element of customer-facing experience
  • Highly motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work on own initiative within a team environment

Desirable

  • Lounge experience
  • Airport experience
