Role Description: We are looking for a highly organised and communicative Administrative Assistant to join our team at Triumph Motorcycles. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling telephone enquiries, and welcoming visitors to site.

Key Tasks:
  1. Provide administrative support to the team.
  2. Handle telephone enquiries and respond to customer queries.
  3. Welcome visitors to site and provide general information about the company.

Essential Requirements:
  • You must be available to work on a rotating two weekly shift pattern on a morning and afternoon basis.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
