Specialist Learning Coach

We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Learning Coach to support high-risk and complex neurodiverse pupils in a community setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience working directly with such pupils and possess substantial experience supporting children with ASC and/or SEMH.
The role involves working closely with educationalists, therapists, and experts in therapeutic education to provide holistic support to pupils aged 7-19 with special educational needs and disabilities. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils in the community or their homes
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic approach in challenging situations
