Job Description

The role of Countermeasure Development Engineer at MASS Consultants involves providing technical advice and support to customers in the development of countermeasures, engineering support, and delivery. This position requires a strong understanding of physics and mathematical principles at degree level, as well as experience with electro-optics, infra-red, or radio frequency sensors in a defence setting.

You will have the opportunity to develop in-house countermeasure simulation software tools, such as CounterWorX, which models physical interactions and phenomena across dynamic simulations. The team is based across two sites, allowing for flexible working arrangements.
