Job Role: As a Bereavement Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients during difficult times. You will work closely with operations to ensure the seamless delivery of our services.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional support and guidance
  2. Collaborate with operations to identify areas for process improvement
  3. Contribute to the success of our salesforce implementation project

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of working in bereavement support or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
