Salary
The competitive salary range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity at all times. This includes working collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) and experience working in a care setting, preferably with vulnerable adults.
