Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Edinburgh, Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in architectural technology to work on various residential and student accommodation projects. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in the UK, along with a good understanding of Revit software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working independently as well as part of a team throughout all RIBA stages. They will also assist junior team members, prepare technical bid and tender documents, and work on exciting residential and student accommodation projects from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on residential and student accommodation projects
  • Utilize Revit software predominantly
  • Prepare technical bid and tender documents
  • Assist junior team members

Requirements:

  • Living within commuting distance of Edinburgh
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit software
  • Experience working on student accommodation projects advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant industry experience
  • Good technical ability
  • Highly motivated individual with an excellent work ethic

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer competitive holiday time, pension scheme, social events, professional fees paid for, and career development opportunities.
