Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team at ALPLA UK Limited. As a HSE Manager - Local & Regional Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of HSE management across our Merseyside-based plant and other regional sites.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing site-based support to our Merseyside-based plant, liaising with the in-house customer to provide detailed HSE reports upon request;
  • Working closely with site management and teams to implement best practices, conduct risk assessments, and develop strategies to continuously improve our HSE performance;
  • Supporting our Senior HSE Manager in maintaining overall UK safety management and conformity across regional sites.

You will be an experienced HSE professional with a strong background in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent qualification, Environmental Management Certificate, and relevant industry experience. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Car Allowance + Benefits package/Annual Bonus
