About the Role

Stoneseed is a leading provider of IT Project Management Services, and we are currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on a permanent contract. The role is full-time, 5 days per week, and you will be splitting your time between home and client sites based within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Accountability for delivering all aspects of client-side projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Project Planning: Definition, scoping, and planning of multi-disciplinary projects to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members, and senior management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Business Case Development: Developing business cases to support project proposals and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Business Change Management: Managing business change initiatives to ensure successful project outcomes and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Selection and Implementation Management: Selecting and implementing project management methodologies and tools to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Benefits Tracking: Tracking and measuring project benefits to ensure successful project outcomes and maximize return on investment.
About You

Candidates will have a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects, ideally with a minimum of 4-5 years IT Project Manager experience. You must have access to a vehicle and already hold the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to sponsor visa applications for this role.

Requirements
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodology.
  • Ability to build key client relationships and manage stakeholders.
  • Experience in benefits tracking to ensure the benefits are realized and the project is successful.
  • Financial management skills, including managing all related project expenditure, hardware, software, capital, and op-ex.
