Job Summary: Site Management Specialist

Venesky Brown is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Management Specialist to oversee multiple construction sites across Fife and Perth. This role involves managing civil and utilities projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

About the Role:
This position requires a detail-oriented and organised individual who can develop and manage project schedules, coordinate site activities, and oversee site safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all teams adhere to safety and quality standards, and mentoring operatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of all site activities.
  • Coordinate site activities, ensuring resources (labour, materials, and equipment) are available and allocated efficiently.
  • Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage site operatives, ensuring tasks are completed according to safety protocols and quality standards.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
A relevant qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (e.g., HNC, HND, or degree) is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in construction management software for scheduling and reporting are also required.
