Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND UNDERSTANDING THEIR HIRING NEEDS IS CRUCIAL IN THIS ROLE.
  • Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to arranging interviews and negotiating job offers.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment management system.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales is essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills are required.
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus performance-based commissions.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
