Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,526.56 to £46,653.75, including shift allowance plus benefits

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Marshalls PLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining site equipment and machinery, providing fault diagnosis, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all site equipment, machinery, and associated services to a safe and acceptable standard
  • Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance and provide input into improving the system
  • Provide mechanical/electrical support in the event of breakdowns
  • Work and liaise with a range of internal departments and external suppliers
  • Confirm work done into Maintenance Management System (SAP) complete with technical feedback
  • Where necessary, provide input into feasibility studies, Capex, and continuous improvement projects
  • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, environment, and quality management systems
  • Prioritise workload
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
  • Liaise with stores to identify relevant and correct stock items
  • Work within 5s methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard

Requirements:

  • Several years' experience of maintenance within a continuous process control industry
  • Completed a relevant recognised apprenticeship and hold relevant electrical and mechanical qualification
  • Enthusiastic and highly self-motivated with a flexible approach to work
  • Ability to work efficiently on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles and a desire to progress within the manufacturing sector
  • Good level of computer literacy and excellent communication skills
