About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our Food and Beverage department at Center Parcs.

As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to agreed standards, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working with a talented team of chefs and kitchen assistants.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to agreed standards
  • Assist the Kitchen Managers with general supervision and coaching of kitchen assistants
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area to a high standard
  • Support the Kitchen Managers with implementation and production of menus, procedures, and standards

About the Salary: The salary for this role is approximately £13.14 per hour, plus tips, based on the national average wage.
