Job Description

This Aviation Supply Chain Manager position involves overseeing the entire procurement process, from initial sourcing to final delivery. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in strategic procurement and subcontract management, preferably in the aerospace, defence, or government sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate procurement activities to meet business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement performance.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or engineering.
  • Proven experience in strategic procurement and subcontract management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
