Global Medical Claims Administrator

Serve as a key member of our team in this exciting German language customer service role. You will be working closely with customers who have submitted medical claims and providing timely support to ensure their issues are resolved efficiently.
With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to emails, and resolving claims-related queries. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to navigate complex issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
As a German language expert, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance in their native language. Your fluency in German and English will enable you to communicate effectively with customers and provide seamless support.
This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a strong background in administration and customer-facing roles.
