Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at We Care Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and choice for our residents.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our care team, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of care plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration and a good understanding of clinical practices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a care home setting, with a strong background in nursing and care planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess and manage complex care needs.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
