The Early Years Educator Apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young children and supporting their development. About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and secure environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs, manage daily routines, observe and record children's progress, and maintain open communication with parents and staff members.

Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. You will also require basic numeracy and literacy skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety protocols.
