We are looking for a Leadership Product Strategist to join our team at Consortia, a specialist recruitment agency.

**About the Role:**

As a Leadership Product Strategist, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to revamp and enhance the English proficiency test. You will work closely with stakeholders from marketing and sales, oversee budget management, and guide the team through a transformative phase from a project-based to a product-based organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a cross-functional team to overhaul the English proficiency test.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Utilize your expertise in B2C platforms, UX, and data analytics to drive product improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to align product strategies.
  • Oversee budget responsibilities and ensure efficient resource allocation.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in digital product management, particularly in B2C platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Deep understanding of UX and data analytics.
  • Experience in the formal education or ed-tech sector is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus.

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £75,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Up to 10% performance-related bonus.

  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote work and occasional in-person meetings in London and Cambridge (expenses covered).
