Job Details

Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and conscientious practitioner to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop or embed their skills and knowledge in working with students with cognition and learning, social communication needs, and social, emotional, and mental health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with EHCPs (Education, Health & Care Plans) and internal Personal Programmes
  • Deliver interventions that support specific areas of need for students with EHCPs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
