Assistant Neuropsychologist

Devon Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Assistant Neuropsychologist to join our team in providing psychological services to children and young people in Devon and Torbay.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Job Summary

This role involves contributing to the provision of psychological services to children and young people in Devon and Torbay, working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team in supporting specialist autism assessments and diagnostic formulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological screenings, assessments and interventions with children and their parents/carers presenting with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, in collaboration with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

Person Specification

• Postgraduate qualification in Neuropsychology or related field.
• Experience of working with children and young people with emotional and mental health difficulties, in a clinical or healthcare environment and/or community-based setting.
