About the Role

We're seeking a reliable and caring Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality food and hospitality services to our residents.

Responsibilities will include helping to prepare meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and enhancing the dining experience for our residents. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall success of your care home.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately £19,000-£20,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, we offer a range of benefits, including free training and development, access to wellbeing tools, and a retail discounts scheme.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position, ideally requiring 3 x 6-hour shifts in the afternoon/evening.
