About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Carrington Blake Recruitment as a Nightshift Team Lead, working under the direction of the Principal Estates Manager to oversee the efficient operation of the Post Room services.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing resources to meet the demands of the day-to-day post room operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery: Ensure that all aspects of the Post Room services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Supervise and make efficient use of resources available to meet the day-to-day post room demands, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various pieces of equipment, including large format scanners, folding machines, photocopiers, and general office equipment, with a willingness to continue training in new technology.
  • Stationery Management: Manage stationery stock levels, process and distribute incoming stationery requests, and maintain accurate records and statistics as required.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £18.25 per hour, based on industry standards and location factors.
