About the Role
ROLE: ADMINISTRATOR
CONTRACT: Fixed Term (Wed – Thurs 8.30am – 5pm & Fri 8.30am – 3.45pm)
DIVISION: Central
LOCATION: Northern Ireland
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide dedicated administrative support in our Hillsborough office, across two or three full working days. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and IT skills, along with the ability to multi-task in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems operating in the Construction department.
- Produce reports and documents to an acceptable standard, as required.
- Deal with incoming post and the preparation of outgoing mail.
- Book and record travel arrangements for the teams based at our Hillsborough Office.
- Provide sites with pre-printed stationery books and record the numbering and allocation of site details and user details for the Accounts team.
- Provide sites with pre-paid postage return labels, as and when required.
- Relief Receptionist/Switchboard Operator.
- Take and record messages accurately.
- Undertake overall responsibility for the Hillsborough Office Archiving Records.
