  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Speech and Language Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Proven experience working with adults with complex needs and dysphagia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
