As a Building Condition Specialist, you will be responsible for working under the guidance of the Senior Property Services Manager to coordinate the service. You will undertake surveys where there is or has been a complaint of damp and mould or disrepair, and assist with introducing, monitoring, and maintaining KPIs that reflect Tenants needs.

A competitive salary of £35,926 per annum is offered, and we require a degree of education to A Level Grade A-C or equivalent Level 3 qualification, along with a HNC in Building Construction or equivalent. A Diploma in surveying practice and a qualification in domestic energy assessor is desirable but not essential.

Please note that due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must hold or be happy to take part in a Basic DBS check.
