Job Title: Site Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Wates Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, managing site operations, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations, including planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
