Financial Services Practice Manager and Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Practice Manager and Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Financial Advisors and Paraplanning team, as well as managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and Paraplanning team, including completion of suitability reports, research, and investment fund switches/rebalances
  • Support regular client reviews, MI collation, and PowerPoint and Office 365 skills
  • Use various research tools and systems, and maintain and update client files
  • Support the completion of all FCA reports and PI cover, and business submission and recording
  • General office duties and support, including client calls, scanning, emailing, printing, and posting
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Financial Services firm, with a strong understanding of IFA and pensions administration
  • Confident communicator with clients and providers, with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work without supervision, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Office 365
  • CII qualifications, with successful completion of RO1, RO3, and RO4
