Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Koch Global Services HR Shared Services team in the UK. This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity that will provide the successful candidate with valuable experience in payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input of payroll data into payroll software solutions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administration of employee benefits, including Bupa and Simply Health, ensuring timely processing and updates.
  • Running payroll reports and saving to SharePoint, providing valuable insights for management.
  • Resetting passwords and maintaining system security.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience of financial processes and systems.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities.
