About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Extra Care Scheme team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our elderly residents to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and social activities. You will also have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation activities, promoting the well-being and dignity of our residents.
