Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to our team, ensuring alignment with our organisational vision and mission.
• Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, promoting mutually beneficial partnerships and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification, such as a Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the charity sector.
• Outstanding leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Salary and Benefits:

• A highly competitive salary of £39,132 - £42,490 pro rata (depending on experience), plus additional benefits and incentives.
