Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Assembly Engineer to join our team in Oxfordshire. This role involves completing precise mechanical fabrication, preparation, and inspection of optical components.

Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Fabrication: Read drawings, follow processes, and complete precise mechanical fabrication tasks.Optical Component Preparation: Prepare and inspect optical components for assembly and testing.Cleanroom Environment: Work in a controlled cleanroom environment handling acids and acid cleaning.Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have strong mechanical knowledge, experience in mechanical fabrication, and previous experience working within a cleanroom environment. Knowledge of handling acids and acid cleaning is essential. Lapping and polishing experience is advantageous.
Estimated Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £33,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
