About the Role:

Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity offering a flexible and rewarding opportunity as a Relief Support Practitioner in Oban. This role involves supporting people to live independently in their own homes, providing personal care and support with daily activities, meal preparation, and emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
  • Providing personal care and support
  • Meal preparation and nutritional support
  • Offering emotional support and companionship
  • Working proactively to prevent hospital admissions
