About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our Property Maintenance Team at Tesco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Tesco sites are safe and functioning environments for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confidently interact with external contractors to coordinate repairs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Sustain high energy levels to juggle tasks and maintain efficiency.
  • Assist the management team in maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Minimize customer disruption by coordinating repairs with minimal impact.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment.
  • Digital confidence using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails.
  • Operational skills, including ONC or equivalent, full driving license, health & safety awareness, communication & collaboration, and Office 365 knowledge.
