Corporate Senior Solicitor Opportunity

We are pleased to offer a challenging and rewarding Corporate Senior Solicitor position with a highly regarded, international law firm based in Central Edinburgh.

This opportunity is well-suited to a skilled senior corporate lawyer seeking to progress their career and drive growth with a leading firm, recognized for its impressive array of clients and regular awards.

You will undertake a variety of corporate instructions, including cross-border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work.

The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working closely with the lead Partners, nurturing local and national client relationships, and promoting the growth of the wider business and the corporate team across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake corporate instructions, including cross-border M&A, corporate finance, and private equity
  • Work closely with lead Partners to nurture client relationships and promote business growth
  • Contribute to the development of the corporate team and wider business
Requirements:
  • Established senior corporate lawyer with a growing network of connections in Edinburgh
