Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Brokers, Account Managers, Claims, and Technical Processing colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.
- Work on complex accounts with brokers and external clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Reconcile accounts, process premiums, and handle closings with precision.
- Liaise with the internal accounts team, including Brokers/Sales and other Fulfilment colleagues, to drive business growth.
- Utilize in-house, Lloyd's, and Company market systems, including Global XB, CLASS, and LORS computer systems, to streamline operations.
- Manage and execute assigned project work, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Monitor and report on credit control, ensuring a proactive approach to financial management.
- Contribute to the development of junior colleagues, enhancing their technical capabilities and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with Fulfilment colleagues to enhance the client experience, driving business growth and improvement.
