This is a full-time, permanent position offering great flexibility to work shifts during the day, evenings, and weekends. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will work closely with our Store Management Team to achieve loss prevention objectives and ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and controlling shoplifting and other forms of theft
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents and losses
  • Conducting internal investigations into stock loss, fraud, and theft

The role of Loss Prevention Officer can be challenging at times, but also offers great opportunities for growth and development within our Profit Protection and wider teams. We are looking for a vigilant, assertive, and helpful team player with a passion for security and delivering excellent customer service.

It is essential that applicants possess the following skills:

  • The ability to follow instructions while remaining calm in high-pressure situations
