About the Role

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Senior Manager within a high-turnover business, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven leadership. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and possess a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive performance improvements.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Senior Manager within a high-turnover business.
  • Proven ability to drive performance through people, with a focus on developing and empowering high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
