Job Summary

Hudson Shribman is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating a continuous coating machine to coat metal and plastic foils with layers of adhesive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coating Cadium plated foils
  • Peel testing to ensure the correct peel strength is achieved
  • Maintaining good housekeeping
  • Continuous use of lean techniques (example: 5's)
  • Guillotining

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least two years of experience in a production environment and a good knowledge of materials and adhesives. You must also be prepared for manually handling sheet metals of various sizes and have a good understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental control.
