We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Minsterley Dairy facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing reactive maintenance as well as conducting planned maintenance activities where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment
  • Conduct planned maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and downtime
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within manufacturing or production environments
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Good knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques
  • Team building skills and strong ability to work cross-functionally
